I stayed at the hotel for almost 30 hours while they were doing maintenance on the rooms. It was a bit of a test and failure until I found a room available, which happened to be long and narrow with minimal furnishings but two beds. Despite these initial challenges, the quiet, comfortable, and clean atmosphere made my stay acceptable, especially considering the discounted price thanks to my Genius membership.

I had a mixed experience with the service. Initially, I was not happy for some reason, but the staff turned it around with their professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge about the city. They even accommodated storing our bags after check-out, making our stay more enjoyable.

The hotel's location was excellent and convenient, close to restaurants, clubs, and the Metro. It was reassuringly safe, being just a short walk from the Estadio Metro Station. However, the proximity to a loud bar or nightclub playing music until 2 am wasn't ideal.
